Privacy Policy

Lumen Softworks ("Lumen", "we", "us") is a Roblox game studio. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website. We've kept it short and in plain language.

The short version

• We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't sell, rent or trade personal information.
• We only use what you choose to send us, and only to reply to you.

Information you give us

If you contact us by email, Discord or through the contact form, you may share details such as your name, email address or Discord username, your studio or game, and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and to continue any partnership, job or merch conversation that follows. We keep it only as long as that conversation needs it.

Verify Outreach

When you enter a Discord user ID on the Verify Outreach page, the check happens in your own browser against our team list. IDs that aren't on the list are never sent anywhere. If an ID does belong to our team, your browser loads that team member's public Discord profile (avatar, name and status) from Lanyard (lanyard.rest) and Discord's image servers.

Services this site loads

Like most websites, some parts of this site come from other providers. When your browser fetches them, those providers receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies:

• GitHub Pages hosts the site.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts.
• Lanyard and Discord supply team profiles on the Verify Outreach page.

Links to Roblox, Discord, X and other sites take you to services we don't control, so their own policies apply there.

Browser storage

The site saves one small note in your browser's session storage so the intro animation only plays once per visit. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

Children

Many people who play Roblox games are under 13. This website isn't meant to collect information from children. If you're under 13, please don't send us personal details; ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. If we learn we've received a child's information, we'll delete it.

Our games

This policy covers this website only. When you play our experiences on Roblox, Roblox's own Privacy Policy applies, and we only see the information Roblox makes available to developers.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing help@lumensoftworks.com. We'll reply as soon as we can.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
